Our trip to Puerto Rico last month to photograph Charlie + Mari's wedding was nothing short of a big, fat, family vacation. We now had a toddler, two new guys (I know my Dad and Shawn were pumped about that), and some friends doing vacay with us. It was a little exhausting- but good. I'm so, so thankful that I have a great family to get exhausted with. :) Looking back, I'm disappointed that I didn't shoot more photos- I really battled with getting to relax and getting everythign documented. We had some great beach time, plenty of good food, and also traveled to see friends in Ponce one day.

Instead of giving you a play-by-play of what we did, I'm sharing the treasured moments that I will remember most.

Knox was such a great traveler. We flew/drove for 21 hours that day.

Shawn and I ventured a few blocks down to the beach one night. This image was shot with an led flashlight with my 14-24mm at 4000 iso, 2.8 @ 1/8.

This little kid LOVED the waves. So much it made me a bit nervous! Head-first was his preferred entry method.

Some of our favorite Brazilians and Puerto Rican- missing Mari who had to work that day. These guys were so much fun.

Dress-alike day for Dad and Ty.

Steven and Lauren cooked dinner for us one night and made these amazing empanadas.

Till next time!
